Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Duty Engineer
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
- With at least 2 years of experience in hotel, resort, building maintenance, or engineering operations.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to supervise engineering operations and maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building standards.
- Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required, depending on company requirements.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
