Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Reservation Associate
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in reservations, front office, customer service, or a related hospitality position.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to handle booking inquiries, room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different hotel departments.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
