Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist in overseeing daily F&B operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Capable of supervising, training, and motivating team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in hotel or resort operations is an advantage.
