Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and dining operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations efficiently.
  • Capable of leading, training, and motivating team members.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in hotel or resort operations is an advantage.
