Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and dining operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations efficiently.
- Capable of leading, training, and motivating team members.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in hotel or resort operations is an advantage.
