Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist in overseeing daily F&B operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Capable of supervising, training, and motivating team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in hotel or resort operations is an advantage.
