Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Director
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily F&B operations.
- Knowledgeable in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
- Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Capable of training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in hotel or resort operations is highly preferred.
