Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Director

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • With at least 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily F&B operations.
  • Knowledgeable in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
  • Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Capable of training, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in hotel or resort operations is highly preferred.
