Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members during daily operations.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant operations is preferred.
