Café Got Soul is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, including dining service , kitchen coordination, inventory management, food safety, sanitation and cost control.
- Strong understanding of labor scheduling, manpower planning and productivity management
- Ability to analyze sales performance, identify operational opportunities , and implement action plans to improve profitability
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, professionalism, and sound decision-making,
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules weekends, holidays, and extended hours when business operations require.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environments.
