Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant management , or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience in a restaurant , hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communications skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation and service standards.
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and basic inventory control.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
