Job Title : Head Bartender
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervisor bar operations, preparing and serving beverages, leading the bar team, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, promoting food and beverages offers and ensuring accurate billing and cashier transactions. The position requires strong knowledge of bartending, beverage products, point of sale systems, cash handling, guest service and team supervision.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate or holder of a hospitality – related is preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in food and beverage service, bar operations, or a similar role with supervisory exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending, cocktail preparation, beverage, brands, wines, bar service and responsible alcohol service.
- Knowledge of cashiering, POS, operations, billing, payment processing and sales reconciliation
- Knowledge of hotel operating systems, Microsoft and basic administration reporting .
