Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa is looking for passionate, hospitality-driven professionals to join their dynamic team at Boracay’s premier luxury destination.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administrations, or Hotel Operations. Master’s degrees preferred for luxury properties.
• Professional Experience 8-10 years in hotel operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience as Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or Assistant Resident Manager.
• Technical & Financial skills Budget preparation, cost control and revenue management. Knowledge of ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room, and GOP (Gross Operations Profit). Leadership & Soft skills, Strong communication and problems-solving abilities. Ability to mentor department heads, and foster a positive work culture. Crisis management and guest relations expertise.
