Job Title : F & B Bartender
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, welcoming and assisting guest, promoting Food and Beverages, offerings, ensuring accurate billing and settlements, maintain the point of sale and supporting smooth outlet operations in accordance with the hotel standards, safety requirements and brand expectations.
Qualifications:
- Vocational or College graduate of hospitality related education is preferred.
- Relevant Food and Beverages, cashiering , bar or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage brands, wines, cashiering , billing and point of sale operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and guest service skills.
