Job Title : Night Supervisor
Job Summary:
Ensures smooth and safe overnight operations. Ensuring both guest – satisfaction and operational, security key duties include conducting night audits, end of day reporting, financial reconciliation , performing security checks and handling late check – ins/early check-outs and emergencies.
Qualifications:
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in Front Office Department or supervisory night role.
- Knowledge on night audit procedures
- Proficient in hotel management system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable in basic safety and emergency response is an advantage.
