Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
- Knowledgeable in hotel reservation systems and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
