Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is looking for a Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in hotel reservation systems and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
