Mandarin Island Hotel is looking for Reservation Associate

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course (preferred).
• With at least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera PMS or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
