Araya Beach Casas Resort is looking for a Resident Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure that our guests receive excellent service while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a resort, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or any related course (experience may be considered)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to stay on-site
- Responsible, organized, and can work with minimal supervision
