Qualifications:
- High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; Hospitality-related education is an advantage.
- With at least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Knowledgeable in coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and beverage presentation.
- Familiar with coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness in beverage preparation.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience.
- Experience in hotel, resort, or specialty coffee operations is an advantage.
